Estonian Embassy in Riga

For the Estonian Embassy in Riga, we designed and installed Woodplay chandeliers, large-scale sculptural interior luminaires developed for architectural indoor lighting throughout the building. Commissioned by the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the lighting installation introduces a Nordic-inspired chandelier system that combines minimalist form with flexible configuration.

The Woodplay chandeliers are manufactured from ash wood, using wooden profiles arranged at precise 90-degree angles to create a clear geometric structure. Integrated dimmable LED profiles provide even illumination, while powder-coated metal connectors allow the chandeliers to be configured in different lengths and layouts.

For the embassy, eight custom configurations were produced, each adapted to the scale and character of its space. The result is a series of Scandinavian-style wooden ceiling lamps that combine natural materials with contemporary lighting technology.
