Pebble is a sculptural yet highly functional piece of urban furniture, designed to enhance public spaces with both seating and illumination. Pebble is manufactured in rotomolding technology from weather-resistant polyethylene (PE), ensuring durability in extreme outdoor conditions. Its UV-resistant material prevents fading, while its seamless, impact-resistant design makes it perfect for street furniture in modern cityscapes.
Inspired by the smooth, organic shapes of natural pebbles, this outdoor furniture piece brings a contemporary design aesthetic to pedestrian zones, public squares, and parks. Originally designed for Stockholm Square in Narva, Estonia, Pebble plays a key role in revitalizing the city’s main square, providing both a comfortable seating solution and an ambient lighting feature.
Equipped with an IP65-rated RGBW LED system, Pebble offers customizable lighting options, making it ideal for setting the right atmosphere in public spaces. The lighting is controlled via the Casambi smart lighting system, allowing architects and city planners to create dynamic, programmable illumination that adapts to different settings and events.
Polyethylene’s weather and UV resistance means it won’t corrode or become brittle in extreme conditions. It’s also chemically resilient, allowing for a variety of cleaning agents, making it perfect for outdoor architectural projects.
The seamless integration of functionality and artistry makes Pebble an essential element in urban design, providing both comfort and safety to its users while enhancing the overall ambiance of public spaces and outdoor architectural projects.
As cities evolve, so should their street furniture. Pebble seamlessly integrates with modern urban planning, offering a sustainable, low-maintenance solution for public seating. Whether installed in parks, commercial spaces, or waterfront promenades, it transforms urban environments into inviting, well-lit gathering places.
